The W8RTL D-STAR repeater is located at Educational TV Channel 16 transmitter site in Dayton, Ohio, and is maintained by the Dayton Amateur Radio Association. Antennas are located on east side of tower at the following heights above ground level: 2-meter – 5dBd, Celwave, PD-220 Super Stationmasters – Receive at 850’, Transmit at 610’. 70 cm – 10 dBd Celwave, PD-455 Super Stationmasters – Receive at 880’, Transmit at 635’. 23 cm – 12 dBd Hustler, HS12-12430 – Receive and Transmit at 610’.
